I have recently the “Doutor em Ciencia da Computação” Degree (Dr. in Computer Science) with honors from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), in Porto Alegre, Brazil (2019). I also hold a “Engenheiro de Computação” Degree (Computer Engineer) from the same institution (2015).
My Doctoral Thesis was advised by Prof. Antonio Carlos Schneider Beck and Prof. Luigi Carro, from UFRGS, with close collaboration with Prof. Muhammad Shafique, from TU Wien. It focused on microarchitectural design, reconfigurable architectures, adaptive systems, approximate computing and near-threshold voltage computing.
I am currently a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Chair for Computer Engineering at the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, which is led by Prof. Michael Hübner. My research interests include, among others, computer architecture, reconfigurable systems, performance and power-efficient embedded systems and approximate computing.
